Welcome to Daisy's Dailies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Daisy's Dailies mobile application ("App") operated by Sibert Strategy Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Daisy's Dailies, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
- You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
3. Use of the Service
A. Permitted Use
Daisy's Dailies is a personal productivity tool for organizing daily tasks, errands, and appointments. You may use the App for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
B. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
- Share your account credentials with others
4. Family Accounts
Family Owner: The user who creates a family is the owner and is responsible for managing family membership.
Family Members: Members invited to a family share access to the family's flowers, petals, and items. The family owner controls membership.
Shared Data: Content created within a family is visible to all family members. You are responsible for the content you create within shared family spaces.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
A. Free and Pro Tiers
Daisy's Dailies offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier with expanded capabilities. Both tiers include access to appointments and calendar event import. Pro-only features include unlimited flowers, petals, and items; route optimization; and AI-powered route ordering. Feature availability and limits may change over time.
B. Billing
- Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's settings.
C. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for the Pro tier. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
D. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
6. User Content
- You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (flowers, petals, items, appointments, etc.).
- You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
- We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
Automatic Data Cleanup: Certain data types are automatically deleted to keep your account organized:
- Appointments: Appointments are automatically deleted 30 days after their scheduled date (available to all tiers).

8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Sibert Strategy Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Gemini (AI route optimization, Pro only), and SendGrid (support email routing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or interruption of service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sibert Strategy Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
12. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the App.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy andData Deletion Instructions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
